Revision Policy

The number of revisions available depends on the package selected at the time of purchase. Clients may request revisions according to their package details.

Our goal is to ensure complete client satisfaction. We will continue refining your design within the agreed scope until it aligns with your requirements.

• No additional charges will apply as long as the original concept remains unchanged.
• Logo design revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours.
• Website design revisions are delivered within 24 hours.
• Web development revisions may require 24–48 hours depending on the complexity.
• 3D or illustrative design revisions may take up to 48 hours.

Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the delivery of initial concepts after order confirmation and receipt of a complete project brief.

• Logo Design: 24–48 hours (larger packages may require up to 48 hours)
• 3D Logo Design: 48–72 hours for initial concepts
• Website Design (Home/Index or Redesign): Minimum 48 hours
• Website Development: 3–5 business days depending on project scope
• E-Commerce Development: Timeline varies based on features and complexity

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to eligibility and will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

• Purchase of bundled or discounted packages
• Approval of the primary design concept
• Revision requests already initiated
• Lack of client communication for more than 2 weeks
• Violation of company policies
• Engagement of another service provider for the same project
• Incomplete or insufficient project brief
• Request for a complete change in design direction
• Refund request submitted outside the eligible time period
• Business closure, rebranding, or change of project scope
• Subjective reasons such as change of mind or internal disagreements

Additional conditions:

• Refunds are not available after final files have been delivered
• Refunds do not apply to complimentary or free services
• Service-specific refunds apply only to the unsatisfactory portion, not the entire package
• Services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Domain Registration, and Hosting are non-refundable
• Website refunds are not applicable once the design phase is approved and development has begun

Refund Eligibility Timeline:

• Logo Design: Within 30 days
• Website & Development Services: Within 90 days

Pacific Design Agency reserves the right to reject or cancel any project at its discretion. Upon issuance of a refund, all rights to the design concepts will remain the sole property of Pacific Design Agency.

All refund requests are reviewed by our team. Once processed, clients will no longer retain any rights to the delivered concepts or materials.

Delivery Policy

Record Maintenance

• Final project files are stored for up to 3 months after completion
• Projects inactive for more than 3 months may be marked as dormant
• Reactivation of dormant projects may require an additional fee
